Merchant Consent for PayPal’s Shopping Website

This Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and PayPal and applies to your consent for PayPal’s shopping website. This Agreement applies to you in addition to the User Agreement and other applicable agreements. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 Days' prior notice of Substantial Change by posting notice on the "Policy Updates" page of our website.

  1. Shopping Website
    The shopping website provides (a) an online directory of merchants that accept PayPal, and (b) and the ability for users to search for and compare items from websites that accept PayPal.

  2. Merchant Consent.
    By using the PayPal Services, you authorize PayPal, in its sole discretion, to display your website, logo, trademark, and any related content (“Content”) in the shopping website. If you would like us to remove your Content, please contact PayPal Customer Service. The search engine is powered by TheFind.com. PayPal is not responsible for the relevancy or accuracy of the Content.

  3. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement.
    PayPal respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify us through this online form. You may send the completed form to the fax number or address listed on the form. PayPal may remove any Content at anytime without notice.
