Eligible Participant : Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are: (1) holders of a U.S. personal, premier or business PayPal account in good standing (“Valid Account”); and (2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (“Eligible Participant”).

Eligible Purchase(s) : Purchases made with a Valid Account using PayPal QR code functionality at participating Panda Express restaurants (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) any purchase made through PayPal checkout (the PayPal button), not using PayPal QR code functionality, (2) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), not using PayPal QR code functionality, (3) charitable donations, (4) purchases made using PayPal.me, (5) PayPal Cash Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®, purchases directly and not through a QR code purchase using a Valid Account; and (6) purchases made in any other currency than USD. If an Eligible Purchase is refunded, results in a failed capture, or otherwise does not complete during the Offer Period, that Eligible Purchase will not qualify for earning the Reward.

Offer Period: Starts at 5:00:01 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 14, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2021 (“Qualification Period”).

How it Works: During the Offer Period, Eligible Participants must make their first Eligible Purchase of $10 USD or more to earn $10 USD (“Reward”). Reward will be added to the Eligible Participant’s ValidAccount immediately upon making an Eligible Purchase. If you do not have or open an account with PayPal that is capable of holding a balance, you can only transfer your reward to your bank account or debit card that is linked to PayPal. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account.

Miscellaneous: A Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Reward fulfilment, as determined in PayPal’s sole discretion. PayPal may provide an alternate rewardof equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its solediscretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Venmo Panda Express QRC terms:

Venmo may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify this Offer or these terms.

Eligible Participant : Open only to individuals who; (1) are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, (3) have an existing U.S. Venmo account in good standing (“Valid Account”), and (4) receive an authorized email inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive the Rewards will be determined solely by Venmo) (“Eligible Participant”).

Eligible Purchase(s) : Purchases made with a Valid Account using Venmo QR code functionality at participating Panda Express restaurants (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) any purchase made online or in app through Venmo at checkout not using Venmo QR code functionality, (2) send/receive money transactions not using Venmo QR code functionality, (3) Venmo Debit MasterCard®, or Venmo Visa® Credit Card purchases made directly and not through a QR code purchase using a Valid Account.

Offer Period: Starts at 5:00:01 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 14, 2021, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2021 (“Qualification Period”).

How it Works: To qualify for the reward, Eligible Participants must make your first eligible touch-free purchase at participating Panda Express restaurants nationwide, of at least $10 using a Venmo QR code in-store at checkout during the Offer Period. After completing the Eligible Purchase, $10 USD will be sent to your Valid Account (“Reward”). The Reward will be added to your Valid Account within 24 hours but may take up to five (5) days to be available in your Valid Account. If an Eligible Purchase does not complete or is not recorded by Venmo servers during the Offer Period, for any reason, that Eligible Purchase will not qualify for the Reward. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Venmo account.

Any Venmo Rewards that you earn will be transferred to your Venmo account.
