PayPal may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this offer or these terms.

“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia or other U.S. territories who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) create a U.S. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment (“Valid Account”), and (3) view an onsite banner from PayPal inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive the Invitation will be determined solely by PayPal).

Offer Period: Starts on the day Eligible Participant receives the offer Invitation and ends 30 days after receiving the offer Invitation (“Offer Period”).

How it Works: Eligible Participant must click through the Invitation link to sign up for a Valid Account exclusively on the PayPal.com website and then complete three (3) purchase transactions of $30 USD or more, using your Valid Account during the Offer Period. Upon successfully completing the three (3) eligible purchase transactions of $30 USD each or more, Eligible Participant can receive 2,000 PayPal Rewards Points (“Points”), which can be redeemed for $20 cash (the “Reward”) or other options. There is a redemption limit of one (1) Reward (or a max of 2,000 Points) per Valid Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and will be no longer paid once the Offer Period has ended. There is a max of 160,000 Rewards (each worth a $20 cash equivalent once redeemed) available under this offer. Rewards will no longer be available once the limit is reached. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.

Reward: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant’s Account Overview within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive it but may be available sooner. If Points are not redeemed for a cash Reward and instead used towards an eligible purchase, the following transactions are excluded: (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as “Goods and Services” payments), (2) purchases made using PayPal.me; (3) PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (4) PayPal transaction fees, or (5) transactions made in any other currency beyond USD. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of their Valid Account.

Miscellaneous: A Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through fulfilment to redeem Points for a Reward, as determined in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using redeemed Points are returned and the Offer Period has expired, PayPal will first refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the eligible purchase and purchase amount in excess of the money spent (i.e., the value of the Reward) will not be refunded. If the Offer Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the PayPal Rewards Balance section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may provide an alternate offer of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, Eligible Transaction, or offer-related materials or correspondence are compromised for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of; lost, fraudulent activity, lateness, illegibility, delay, being tampered with, irregularity, or if any Eligible Participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Eligible Participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, and may in its sole discretion, without notice, delay, or reverse completion of the Reward. Offer is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or Eligible Transaction are fraudulent, or not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. Once claimed, Rewards may not be transferable. Participation in offer is subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
