How much does it cost to use PayPal Credit to send money with PayPal?
When you use PayPal Credit to send money with PayPal, a flat fee of 2.9% + $.30 US dollars (USD) per transaction is included in your payment total. This is the same fee you pay when you use a debit/credit card to send money through PayPal. If you're sending money to friends or family, you can choose to add the fee to your total amount (which means you pay the fee), or have it deducted from the recipient's amount (which means they pay the fee). If you're sending money to pay for a purchase, the seller pays the fee.
What is the Annual Percentage Rate (APR)?
The Annual Percentage Rate for standard purchases and cash advances on a PayPal Credit line is 19.99%,
although some special offers have a lower, promotional APR. The Minimum Interest Charge is $2.00.

Can I use PayPal Credit to send money internationally with my PayPal account?
If you are sending money to pay for a purchase, you can use PayPal Credit as long as the currency selected is US dollars (USD). However, you cannot use PayPal Credit to send money to friends or family internationally.
Can I use PayPal Credit to send money with PayPal through my mobile device?
At this time, you can't use PayPal Credit when sending money using a mobile device.
Can I get promotional financing when I send money with PayPal Credit?
Send Money transactions are not eligible for PayPal Credit promotional financing offers.
Can I send money to someone who doesn't have a PayPal account?
Yes! All the recipient needs is an email address. However, the recipient does need a PayPal account to access the money. PayPal will send the recipient an email with instructions on how to set up a PayPal account and receive the money.
Can I send money to someone who doesn't have a PayPal Credit account?
Yes! Your recipients don't need a PayPal Credit account, just a PayPal account so they can receive money.
Is there a fee for late payments?
Yes, you will be charged a late fee
for each month that the minimum payment is not paid by the payment due date. The first time you’re late, the amount of the late fee will be the same amount as the missed payment, up to $27. If you’re late again, the late fee will be up to $38.

How do I pay my PayPal Credit balance?

Once you are a PayPal Credit customer, you can use your credit line to make purchases. If you make a purchase that would cause your outstanding balance to go above your credit line, we will review your credit history and history with PayPal Credit to instantly determine whether to increase your credit line.
Do you check my credit report every time I make a purchase?
No. A credit report is reviewed when you apply for PayPal Credit and occasionally when you attempt to increase your credit line. Periodically, we’ll obtain updates of your report, but these updates have no impact on your credit score. If for any reason your Credit Line is decreased, you’ll be notified of the reason in writing.
What if I want to use PayPal Credit every time I check out with PayPal?
Terrific idea! When you choose PayPal Credit to send money with PayPal, simply select Make PayPal Credit my preferred funding source for all future transactions. When it's available, PayPal Credit will be your payment method. You can also log in to your PayPal account, click Profile, select PayPal Credit, and then click Update Preferences to make PayPal Credit your preferred funding source.
