Why is my ticket's status "Pending Customer"?
A support ticket can be in Pending status for one of these reasons:
- PayPal needs more information to advance its investigation of your incident. Log in to PayPal's Technical Support website and access your questions. Then click the ticket you need to update, and provide the requested information.
- PayPal is awaiting confirmation that the issue has been resolved. A ticket will remain in a Pending Customer status for seven days. After seven days, the ticket closes automatically unless you respond with additional information or you confirm that your issue is resolved. You may reopen the ticket within 24 hours of closing, but if you need further investigation after that, you'll have to open a new ticket.
