Why didn't I receive funds for completed orders?

You aren't receiving funds for completed orders through your PayPal buttons.

This error usually results from problems with your merchant account's email address designated in your button code.

Here's how to resolve the problem:

  • Ensure that the email address for your Merchant Account ID is a confirmed email address within your PayPal account.
  • Alternatively, use a Secure Merchant Account ID instead of an email address.

Note: To protect the security of your PayPal login email address when creating a PayPal payment button, using the Secure Merchant Account ID in place of the Primary PayPal Email Address is recommended.
