How do I report a lost, stolen, or damaged PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?

To report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Click your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®.
  2. Click Lock card under Card Settings.
  3. Follow the instructions.

Alternatively, you can call PayPal Business Debit Mastercard Customer Care immediately at 1-866-888-6080 to place a temporary hold on your account.

When you report a lost or stolen card, we’ll cancel your existing card to prevent any unauthorized charges.

If a damaged card's expiry date is within 90 days, all of the information, including the CVV, will remain the same as their original card.

Turn on your new card right away to avoid any interruptions. You may also need to update any payment agreements with the new card details.
