How do I refund my customer through my PayPal powered by Braintree account?
We recommend you refund your customer from your e-commerce or shopping cart control panel which will automatically update your order status. You can also refund your customer from your PayPal powered by Braintree Control Panel.
- Log in to your Control Panel.
- Click on Transactions.
- Search for the transactions by date range or customer information.
- Click on the transaction ID of the payment you would like to refund.
- Click on Refund and enter the refund amount. You may enter a partial amount if desired. If you refund the transaction in full all the transaction processing fees you have already paid will be returned to you as well.
