How do I change my personal information on my PayPal Extras or PayPal Cash Mastercard?

There are 3 ways to change your personal information on your PayPal Extras Mastercard. You can do so by accessing your credit summary page, on your monthly billing statement, by writing or calling us at the dedicated contacts.

Here are the steps to change your information online by accessing your credit Dashboard page:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click PayPal Mastercard Details.
  3. You will be transferred to the Synchrony Bank servicing site
  4. Once on the servicing site, click Profile at the top of the page.
  5. Make the needed changes and click Save Updates.

You can also call the toll-free number on the back of your card in order to make changes to your information.

When you update the information on your PayPal Extras Mastercard account, you should also make sure to update the information in your PayPal account to ensure the two match. This will improve your account experience going forward.

Tip: To change the name on your account, mail a copy of the legal documents (such as a marriage certificate or court document) to the above address
