How do I integrate Payflow Pro with X-Cart 5?

Here's how:
  1. Log in to the X-Cart admin panel.
  2. Select Store Setup > Payment Methods. Click Add payment method if the PayPal option isn't available.
  3. Search for PayPal Payments Pro (Payflow API) and click Choose.
    Note: If module is already installed, click Configure.
  4. Click Open X-Payments dashboard to configure (on the X-payments Connector module settings page).
  5. Log in to the X-Payments module.
  6. Select Settings > Online Stores.
  7. Click Add new store (on the Online Stores page).
  8. Configure the new online store as follows:
  • Store Name - Enter a store name.
  • Store Title - Enter a store title.
  • Review additional options.
  1. Click Save.
  2. Select Settings > Payment Configuration.
  3. Select PayPal Payments Pro under Payment Configurations.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Configure the following fields:
  • Name - Enter a configuration name.
  • Partner Name - Enter your Payflow Partner.
  • Merchant Login - Enter you Payflow Merchant login.
  • User - Enter your Payflow Username.
  • Password - Enter the password for the Payflow User.
  • Test/Live mode - Select Live.
  • Initial Transaction - Select preferred Capture method.
  • Currency - Select preferred Currency.
  • Credit Card types - Choose the credit card types you want to accept.
  • Review additional options.
  1. Click Save.
  2. Go to Settings > Online Stores and select the configured online store.
  3. In the Online Store configurations:
  • Go to Payment Configurations and select the desired payment method.
  • Click Save.
  1. Copy the Connection Key.
  2. Go back to X-Cart. On the X-Payments Connector module settings page, click Connection:
  3. Paste the configuration code copied from X-Payments and click Deploy.
  4. Select Store Setup > Payment Methods.
  5. Activate the Payment Method configured: PayPal Payments Pro (Payflow API).
  6. Click Sorting & Descriptions.
  7. Edit the title for PayPal Payments Pro (PayPal API) to read Debit or Credit card.
  8. Click Save Changes.
