How do I confirm my mobile device within PayPal's mobile app?
- Using your mobile device, log in to your PayPal mobile app. (See PayPal's mobile apps page for complete mobile options.)
- Select Settings (cog in upper right corner) > Personal Info > Phone numbers.
- Click the device where Unconfirmed is displayed.
- Click Confirm Phone. You'll receive a text message with a confirmation code.
- Enter the confirmation code that was sent to your mobile device.
Note: If you don't receive your confirmation code text, click Send the code again.
- When your device has been confirmed, you'll receive this message: Thanks! You confirmed your phone.
