I've been using PayPal, but don't have a PayPal account, how can I get my receipt and transaction details?

When you send a payment using PayPal, you receive an email receipt. In that email, click the "Save My Information" link. This will enable you to sign up for a PayPal account. After you sign up for a PayPal account, you can view all your transactions in your account’s Activity page at any time.If you don't see a "Save My Information" link in the email, our system already recognizes you as an existing customer.

If you no longer have the email receipt, please call us by following the steps below and we will resend you the email receipt:

  1. Click Help at the top of any page.
  2. Click Call customer support.
  3. Click Call us as a Guest.
