How can I order a secondary PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?

If you alredy have a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® and would like to order a secondary one, here's how:

On your Summary page, click PayPal Debit Mastercard® below your account balance.
Click Request an additional card.
Fill in the prompted information.
Click Submit.
