What types of USPS mail services can I use for shipping?

The United States Postal Service® shipping service you choose depends on your package and its destination.

For domestic shipping, you can use:
  • Express Mail®: Prices are based on weight and distance. A flat rate option is available.
  • Priority Mail®: Prices are based on weight and distance. A flat rate option is available.
  • First-Class Mail®: Prices are based on weight and shape.
  • Parcel Select Nonpresort®: Prices are based on weight.
  • Media Mail®: Prices are based on weight. Content restrictions apply.
For international shipping, you can use:
  • Express Mail International®: Prices are based on weight and distance. A flat rate option is available.
  • Priority Mail International®: Prices are based on weight and distance. A flat rate option is available.
  • First Class Mail International®: Prices are based on weight and distance.
Note:
•    Use domestic shipping for packages shipped within the U.S. and to U.S. territories.
•    Use domestic shipping for shipments to Army Post Offices (APOs), Fleet Post Offices (FPOs) , and the United Nations, NY.
•    Go to www.usps.com to learn more about the shipping methods and other services offered by the USPS.
