If a customer asks why a PayPal Credit transaction didn’t go through on your website, please advise your buyer to visit the PayPal Help Center for more information and trouble shooting tips. For security reasons we cannot provide you information about your buyer. Advise the customer that the purchase can be made using PayPal with another funding source, like a bank account or credit card.
