I have a problem with an eBay transaction.

If your payment for an eBay item failed, please try to make the payment again. You can also log in to your PayPal account and view your payment history and status by clicking History near the top of the page.

If you have a problem with something you bought on eBay. First, get in touch with the seller and try to work it out. Give the seller a chance to make things right.

If you can’t work it out, you can ask eBay for help by opening a dispute in the eBay Resolution Center. (You can open a dispute if you didn’t receive your item or it isn’t as described in the seller’s listing.)

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your eBay account.
  2. Hold your cursor over Customer Support at the top of the page.
  3. Select Resolution Center.
  4. Select the type of problem you have and click Continue.
