What is the Payouts API and how do I enable it on my account?

The Payouts API is our solution for PayPal business accounts to make payments to multiple PayPal accounts in a single API call. You can specify the recipients by using their PayPal email addresses, phone numbers, or encrypted PayPal account numbers. For more information about Payouts, see Send money to multiple recipients with Payouts.

To request access to the Payouts API:

• Select Payouts under Pay and Get Paid in your business account dashboard.
• Contact your PayPal Customer Success Manager.
• Contact PayPal Customer Support.
