About the methodology

All statistics are taken from small business survey (Report A) and consumer survey (Report B).

Report A - The research was conducted by Censuswide, with 2,022 aged 18+ in GB between 09.08.16 – 17.08.16. Censuswide abide by and employ members of the Market Research Society which is based on the ESOMAR principles.

Report B - The research was conducted by Censuswide, with 2,000 Business owners/ self-employed in companies with a turnover of up to £1 million per annum in GB between 09.07.16 – 16.08.16. Censuswide abide by and employ members of the Market Research Society which is based on the ESOMAR principles.
