A Customer Service PIN or one-off passcode help us to confirm your identity when you call us, so we can help you faster.

The one-off passcode is a random number generated by our system.

To get a one-off passcode:

1. Click Call Customer Service to see the 6-digit one-off passcode. It's valid for one hour.

Unlike a one-off passcode, a Customer Service PIN is permanent.

To create a Customer Service PIN:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Near the top of the page, click Security.
3. Beside 'Customer Service PIN’, click Update.
4. Create your PIN and click Add or Change PIN.

You can return to this part of your account if you ever need to change your PIN.
