We'll process the refund when return of the item(s) has been confirmed
We decided the case in the buyer’s favor. They must ship the item(s) back to you within 10 calendar days. The buyer must send the item back in the condition in which they received it and provide a tracking number. Please use the Resolution Center to let us know when you receive the item(s). We will not issue a refund until we confirm the item(s) have been returned. Be sure to have adequate funds in your PayPal account to cover the refund amount. If you receive the item in a condition different from what you originally sent it, you’ll have the option to appeal the case after it’s closed.
