As part of this process, you will need to take some actions to continue using PayPal after 15 December, 2022. If you have not received this email, please contact us for assistance.
  • Registered business: Your account, if eligible, would have been transferred to PayPal Thailand in March 2022. You would have been notified accordingly at that time, and you can continue to make and receive payments with your PayPal Thailand business account.
If your account was not transferred to PayPal Thailand, you can no longer make and receive payments with it, although you can continue to withdraw funds to your bank account. You will need to open a new PayPal Thailand business account to continue using PayPal.
