Your claim is now closed. Go to the Resolution Center for more info

Your claim is now closed.  Go to the Resolution Center or check your emails for details, or if you need to take any further action.

If the claim was decided in your favor, you'll receive a refund. Refunds go back to their original source, such as your PayPal account (instant), bank account (up to 5 days), or a credit or debit card (up to 30 days).

The decision made at the conclusion of a claim is usually final. It can only be appealed if new information is presented. If you’d like to appeal the outcome of a claim, you can do so in the Resolution Center within 10 days of the case closing.
