How do I integrate PayPal Payments Standard with VirtueMart?
- Log in to your VirtueMart admin panel.
- Select VirtueMart > Payment Methods.
- Click New.
- Configure the following settings:
- Payment Name - Enter a Payment Name.
- Published - Select Yes.
- Select VM Payment -Select PayPal as the payment method.
- Currency - Select your preferred Currency for PayPal transactions.
- Review additional options.
- Click Save.
- Click Configuration.
- Configure the following settings to complete your PayPal Payments Standard integration:
- PayPal product - Select Standard.
- Shop Environment - Select Production.
- Merchant email - Enter your PayPal Business email address.
- Payment Action - Select Direct Payment (Sale) or Authorize and Capture.
- Currency - Select your preferred Currency for PayPal transactions.
- Review additional options.
- Click Save.

If you intend to use PayPal Recurring Payments with your VirtueMart store, you'll need to obtain the Recurring Payments module.
