Why did I get result code 99?

Note: Payflow Pro Australia merchants can get result code 99 when the card number is invalid. Ask the customer to use a different credit card or method of payment.

- Contact your merchant bank to determine whether your account is active.
- If it is active, get your processor account information.
- Forward the information to Payflow Support by email at: payflow-support@paypal.com. Include your login ID and ask to have the processor information verified.
