Developing a future-ready talent pool

PayPal collaborates with major universities and institutes of higher learning in Singapore to offer a range of experiences such as internships, guest lectures, FinTech programs, research and development opportunities.

PayPal also offers select scholarships and bursaries to undergraduates pursuing computer science or computer engineering degrees at several local universities. For availability, application dates and selection and eligibility criteria, please check with your respective schools.



PayPal FinTech Program

Under the PayPal FinTech Program, PayPal aims to work with Singapore's polytechnics and Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) to impart FinTech knowledge to students via a train-the-trainer arrangement and materials curated by PayPal to be incorporated into the curriculum. The FinTech Program includes various components such as theory, technical and hands-on exercises, as well as the opportunity to apply for internships (subject to availability, selection and eligibility criteria). The aim of the FinTech Program is to upskill the next generation of tech talent to help companies digitalize their businesses.
