Why did I get result code -99?
PayPal returned result code -99 - Out of memory condition.
Causes
One of the following situations usually produces result code -99:
- Your computer has insufficient memory, or the application is using up all available memory.
- The transaction was sent to manager.paypal.com.
Solutions
- If memory usage caused the error, restart your computer or the application.
- Host address manager.paypal.com can't process online transactions, because it's PayPal Manager's home website. To direct transactions to a host address that processes online transactions, modify the URL within your application, website, or parameter string to point to either of the following:
