How do I update or provide more information on my incidents?
- Click My Stuff.
- Log in and open the incident that you want to update.
Note: For security reasons, your Technical Support website password is different from the password for your PayPal account. To create a new password, click Forgot your username or password?
- Click Update Question.
- Enter information in the Results or Additional Information fields.
- Click Submit Update to Question.
