How do I resolve a negative balance?
To resolve a negative balance, you need to add funds to your account. Here's how:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Add money under your PayPal balance on the left side.
- Choose one option to add funds to your account.
- Click Continue and follow the instructions.
