What's the difference between Standard Rate and Merchant Rate?

The standard rate is the basic transaction fee for sellers receiving payments through PayPal. The merchant rates are determined based on sales volume from the previous calendar month. If you have a monthly sales volume over $5,000 SGD, you may qualify for a discounted merchant fee.

You can compare the fee rates on the Seller Fees page. To apply for the merchant rate, click apply for discounted rates.
