What's the chargeback fee charged by PayPal?

PayPal charges a fee to the seller when the buyer files a chargeback with the credit card issuer. The chargeback fee is 15 SGD or the equivalent amount in the currency received. For details of the chargeback fees, please view our User Agreement.

If the transaction is protected by PayPal Seller Protection, we'll cover the amount of the chargeback and waive the chargeback fee. View our Seller Protection eligibility.
