How do I view, modify, or cancel my pre-approved payments?

When you set up a pre-approved payment with a merchant, you've authorised the merchant to charge your PayPal account based on the cycles or schedules you’ve agreed with them. Pre-approved payments include recurring payments, subscriptions, automatic billings or instalment plans.

Here’s how to view your preapproved payment information:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Settings (the gear icon) near the top of the page.
  3. Click the Payments tab.
  4. Click Manage Automatic Payments under "Pre-approved payments".
  5. Select the merchant’s name whose payment you want to view, modify, or cancel.
  6. Follow the instructions on the page.

Note: If you want to change a credit card for pre-approved payment, you need to have more than two cards registered in your PayPal account.

If you have any questions about your pre-approved payment arrangement, please contact the merchant directly. You can find their contact details in the email you received when you signed up for your pre-approved payment or in the relevant transaction details in your PayPal account.
