Can I reopen a closed case?

Once a case is closed, it can’t be reopened or escalated to a claim.

We encourage you to continue working with the seller to see if you can resolve the problem.

If you purchased your item on eBay, you may be able to open a claim with eBay by going to the eBay Resolution Center.
