I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password on the web:

1. Go to our login.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Choose how you want to complete our security check and click Next.
4. Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password or continue with your current password.

To reset your password on the app:

1. Tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address you use for PayPal and tap Next.
3. Choose how you want to complete our security check and tap Next. 
4. Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password.
