Approach your mobile site as a stand-alone project. Don’t try to simply translate your old desktop site.
Minimise data entry, clicking or zooming. Use big buttons, a larger font and a fixed navigation bar.
Add your contact number throughout the checkout process, especially where buyers may experience problems and on information pages.
