How do I report a lost, stolen, or damaged PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?

To report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Log into your PayPal account on a web browser.
  2. Navigate to your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® summary page.
  3. Click Replace or Cancel Card under 'Card Settings'.
  4. Follow the instructions.

You can only report your card lost, stolen, or damaged through a web browser or by contacting us directly.

When reporting a lost or stolen card, your existing physical and digital card will be canceled and you'll receive a new physical card and digital version card number, expiration date, and CVV. You may need to update any automatic payments or other recurring payments with the new card details.

When reporting a damaged physical card, you'll receive a new physical card with the same card details. Your digital card information won't change. If a damaged card's expiry date is within 90 days, all of the information, including the CVV, will remain the same as the original card.
