Why didn't I receive money for completed orders?

Not receiving funds for completed orders made through your PayPal buttons can be
a result of problems with your merchant account's email address, which is designated in your button code. You can attempt the following to resolve the problem:

  • Make sure the email address for your merchant account ID is a confirmed email address on your PayPal account.
  • Use a secure merchant account ID instead of an email address.

To protect your PayPal login, we recommend using your Secure Merchant ID instead of your PayPal account email address when creating a PayPal payment button.
