Why hasn't my withdrawal been deposited to my bank account?

It can take up to 7 business days for your withdrawal to deposit to your bank account.

If it’s been longer than 7 business days, your bank may have had problem to deposit funds to your bank account. Common problems include an incorrect account number or a bank account that doesn't accept electronic funds transfers. If the withdrawal fails due to these reasons, your funds will be returned to your PayPal balance, which can take up to another 7 business days. If a withdrawal is returned, a fee will be charged to cover for the returned transfer.

If it's been longer than 7 business days that you haven't received your withdrawal and the funds hasn't been returned to your PayPal balance, please contact our Customer Support. We’ll help you to trace the missing funds.
