Additional information about your claim

Your dispute’s been escalated to a claim.

We give sellers approx. 10 days to prove they provided the good or service. If the seller responds, we'll check the validity of that information and then decide the outcome of the claim. If the seller doesn't respond, we'll likely decide the claim in your favor.

If we decide in your favor, you'll receive a full refund as you’re fully protected by our Buyer Protection.

Keep an eye on your emails and your Resolution Center for updates from us, or requests for more information.
