Share your referral link with business owners that don’t already have a PayPal business account.

They will have to use your link to sign up and set up their PayPal business account.

Once they receive one or more sales transactions totalling at least USD 20 within first 60 days of their sign up, you will earn USD 50 in vouchers.*

You can earn up to a maximum of USD 500* in vouchers for the first 10 successful unique signups which you referred. The more businesses you invite, the more you’ll earn.

*Terms and Conditions

  1. For a limited time only, PayPal Payments Private Limited (“PayPal”) is offering selected PayPal customers (“you” or “your”) either:
    1. A referrer reward of up to a maximum of USD 500 in vouchers (“Referral Offer”) per customer for up to 10 successful referrals. This Referral Offer will be available to you for a validity period of 120 days from the date you receive this email (“Validity Period”), or
    2. A referee reward of a USD 20 voucher per customer (“Sign Up Offer”). This Sign Up Offer will be available to you for 60 days from the date you complete the sign up.
      (Each referred to in these terms and conditions as the “Offer”).
  2. For referrers - to be eligible to participate and receive the Referral Offer (“Eligibility Criteria”):
    1. You must hold a valid and subsisting PayPal business account in India, registered with PayPal Payments Private Limited (“PayPal”).
    2. Your PayPal account must be in good standing.
    3. Your referee must not be an existing PayPal India business account holder. To proceed, your referee must click on the unique referral link provided to you to sign up for a PayPal business account.
    4. Your referee must complete all of the following:
      1. Successfully sign up for a PayPal India business account during the Validity Period.
      2. Receive at least USD 20 in commercial payments into their PayPal account within the first 60 days of signing up, via PayPal checkout flow or Invoicing payment; and
      3. The referee’s PayPal India business account must be in good standing at the time the Offer is processed.
    5. If the criteria set out above are met, PayPal will add a USD 50 voucher to your account for each successful referral. You can receive up to a maximum of USD 500 in vouchers. You can access and use the vouchers when using your PayPal business account to make a purchase.
  3. For referees - to be eligible to participate and receive the Sign Up Offer (“Eligibility Criteria”):
    1. You must sign up for a PayPal India business account during the Validity Period using the unique referral URL that was sent to you.
    2. You must receive at least USD 20 in commercial payments into your PayPal business account within the first 60 days of signing up. This must be received via a PayPal checkout flow or invoicing payment.
    3. Your PayPal India business account must be in good standing at the time the voucher is processed.
    4. If the criteria set out above are met, PayPal will add a USD 20 voucher to your PayPal account. This Sign Up Offer is limited to one (1) USD 20 reward per eligible participant.
  4. Details of international commercial payment fees can be found on our Fees page. Any additional fees such as currency conversion fees or chargeback fees will not be refunded as part of this Offer.

  5. Your vouchers will be added to your PayPal account every 30 days during the Validity Period, upon completion of Eligibility Criteria.

  6. You will receive an email confirmation once the voucher has been added to your PayPal business account, and it will expire in 60 days after it is issued.

  7. You can access and use the voucher when using your PayPal business account to make a purchase in USD only. Currency conversion is not supported, the currency of item you wish to purchase at checkout must be the same currency as the voucher.

  8. In order to redeem the voucher, payment must be made via PayPal during checkout.

  9. The voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other discounts/products/services.

  10. The Offer is subject to availability and PayPal reserves the right to terminate, withdraw and/or cancel any part or all of the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time.

  11. PayPal shall, in its sole discretion, determine the PayPal account holders who are eligible to participate in the Offer. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Offer. PayPal has the sole and absolute right to disqualify any person from redeeming the Offer.

  12. The Offer shall be void where prohibited or if a participant’s account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.

  13. If for any reason, the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of PayPal, PayPal reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.

  14. Any questions relating to the Offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Offer and these terms and conditions will be final and binding.

  15. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  16. Notwithstanding anything herein, PayPal shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the Offer, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Offer by any person.
