Your dispute has been escalated to a claim. What happens next?

Your dispute has been escalated to a claim.

We’ll now investigate this case and decide the outcome. We usually reach a decision within 14 days, but some cases can take 30 days or longer.

If the seller provides information about the transaction, we'll review it before deciding the outcome of the case. If the seller doesn't respond, we'll likely find the claim in your favor and send you a full refund.

You can check the progress of a dispute or claim at any time in your Resolution Centre.
