What is a chargeback fee charged by PayPal?
PayPal charges a fee to the seller when the buyer files a chargeback with the credit card issuer. If your transaction is eligible for PayPal Seller Protection, PayPal will cover the amount of the chargeback and waive the chargeback fee. View the eligibility requirements for Seller Protection.
