If a “Confirm Card” link appears next to your card details, you’ll need to confirm this debit or credit card before you can use it with PayPal. This step helps to make sure that the card is valid and belongs to you.

Here's how to confirm your credit or debit card from a web browser:

1. Go to your Payment Methods.
2. Click the card you want to confirm.
3. Click Confirm your card. (If you don’t see the link, we’ve automatically confirmed your card and there’s nothing else you need to do.)
4. We send a OTP (one time password) to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Submit.
