How do I know if my payment request or detailed payment request has been paid?

After your payment request or detailed payment request for goods and services has been paid:

  • We email you to let you know it has been paid.
  • The status of the detailed payment request or payment request changes to 'Paid' in your transaction history.
  • The funds will appear in your balance.
