What can I do if I can no longer access the email address for my PayPal account?

If you know the email address and password for your PayPal account, You can log in and change the email address you use to log in.

Here's how:
  1. Click the ProfileIcon Settings icon next to "Log out."
  2. Click the + beside "Email address".
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Click Add an email address.
  5. Check your email address and click the link in the email we sent you.
  6. Log in to your PayPal account.
Here’s how you can make an email address the primary email address on your PayPal account:
  1. Click the ProfileIcon Settings icon next to "Log out."
  2. Click the new email address you've just added.
  3. Tick the box to make it your primary email address.
  4. Click Change email address.
  5. Click Remove next to the email address you want to remove.

If you don't know the email address or password for your PayPal account:

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.il.
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Click Having trouble logging in?.
  4. Select the relevant option.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note:

  • You might need to confirm that you're the account holder by phone.
  • After you recover your email or password, you can follow the steps above to change your email address.
