How do I set up a Business account with PayPal?

Once you’ve signed up for a PayPal Business account, we guide you through a simple setup process.

Here's how to get going:

  1. Go to the PayPal website and click Sign up at the top of the page.
  2. Choose your country or region and your preferred language.
  3. click Open an account on the Business account type.
  4. After you have entered the required information click Continue.
  5.  Continue on the next page, enter the code displayed, tick the box and click  Agree and Continue.
  6. Click Start Setup under ‘Set up my payment solution’ to add your bank account or credit card.
  7. In a few minutes, check your email for a message from PayPal.
  8. Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
  9. Enter your password, then click Confirm.

You can start to use your new PayPal Business account right away.
