How do I cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant?

Here's how to view your pre-approved payment information:

  1. Go to your Payments page. (This link may ask you to log in)
  2. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  3. Click the name of the merchant to display the information.

If you have questions about your plan, please contact the seller directly. You can find your seller's contact details in the email you received when you signed up for your plan, or in the transaction details for the plan in your PayPal account.

To cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement:

  1. Go to your Payments page. (This link may ask you to log in)
  2. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  3. Click the merchant's name for the payment agreement you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel.
  5. Click Yes to confirm that you want to cancel the Billing Agreement.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you should contact the merchant directly to cancel the agreement. If you can't contact the merchant, please call us
