Email Payments: PayPal Invoicing
|How to use PayPal Invoicing.|
Step 1: Create an invoice by completing the online invoice form. Enter the sender and receiver information, including details such as quantities, unit prices, sales tax, and shipping costs.
Step 2: Review the details of your invoice and click Send Invoice. PayPal sends an email to the buyer with the itemized invoice and a link to pay you via PayPal.
Step 3: Your customer gets the email invoice, and simply clicks the link in the email to make the payment on PayPal’s secure payment page. He doesn't need a PayPal account to pay you.
Step 4: Your customer is sent to PayPal, where he makes the payment. Funds are credited instantly to your PayPal account. You can then transfer your funds electronically.
