  1. For a limited time only, PayPal Hong Kong Limited (“PayPal”) is offering selected PayPal customers (“you” or “your”) a fee rebate on certain commercial payment fees, over a period of three months, up to a maximum of 800 HKD per customer (“Rebate Offer”).
  2. To be eligible for the Rebate Offer:
    1. you must be a PayPal business account holder in Hong Kong;
    2. your account must be in good standing;
    3. you must have received an email from PayPal about the Rebate Offer confirming that you qualify (“Qualifying Email”); and
    4. you must receive a commercial payment into your PayPal account within 90 days of receiving the Qualifying Email (“First Transaction”), (together, “Eligibility Criteria”).
  3. If you meet the Eligibility Criteria, PayPal will refund any domestic or international commercial payment fees you pay to PayPal as a result of receiving commercial payments for a period of 3 months from receipt of your First Transaction (“Rebate Period”) up to a maximum of 800 HKD (“Rebate Cap”).
  4. You are entitled to receive a maximum fee rebate of 800 HKD over the Rebate Period.
  5. Details of domestic and international commercial payment fees can be found in Exhibit A of the User Agreement. Any additional fees such as currency conversion fees or chargeback fees will not be refunded as part of this Rebate Offer.
  6. Your eligible fee rebates will be credited to your PayPal balance on a monthly basis during the Rebate Period.
  7. The Rebate Offer is subject to availability and PayPal reserves the right to amend or cancel the Rebate Offer at anytime.
  8. If for any reason, the Rebate Offer is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of PayPal, PayPal reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Rebate Offer.
