  1. Must not be an existing PayPal merchant (only new or inactive where we can get a winback is counted).
  2. Merchant is likely to hit 8M USD in online volumes now or in the next 6 months as determined by PayPal (you or the referred merchant should submit supporting materials that demonstrate a strong growth trajectory, e.g. traffic volumes, no. of customers etc).
  3. Timeframe for merchant to integrate – no more than 8 months from the referral.
  4. Merchant has an entity in HK so onboarding can be done here.
  5. Merchant must meet our Acceptable Use Policy.

  1. For a limited time only, PayPal Pte. Ltd. (“PayPal”) is offering selected PayPal customers (“you” or “your”)
    1. A referrer reward of $2,000 USD (the “Offer”) per customer for each successful referral through the program execution agency. This Offer will be available to you from now till 30 September (“Validity Period”).
  2. Your referee must complete all the following:
    1. Must not be an existing PayPal merchant (only new or inactive where we can get a winback is counted).

  3. If you are eligible for the Offer, the referrer reward will be credited to your bank account every 60 days during the Validity Period through the program execution agency. You must have a PayPal account in good standing and must not have breached the PayPal Agreement(s) or Acceptable Use Policy.

  4. The Offer is subject to availability and PayPal reserves the right to terminate, withdraw and/or change any part or all the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time. 

  5. PayPal shall, in its sole discretion, determine the PayPal account holders who are eligible to participate in the Offer. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Offer. PayPal has the sole and absolute right to disqualify any person from redeeming the Offer.

  6. The Offer shall be void where prohibited or if a participant’s account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.

  7. If for any reason, the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PayPal, PayPal reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer.

  8. Any questions relating to the Offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Offer and these terms and conditions will be final and binding.

  9. By participating in the programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  10. Notwithstanding anything herein, PayPal shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the Offer, and/or for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Offer by any person.
