A buyer complaint regarding one of your recent transactions is now closed. Go to your Resolution Centre for more details.

The decision made at the conclusion of a claim is usually final. It can only be appealed if new information is presented. If you’d like to appeal the outcome of a claim, you can do so in the Resolution Centre within 10 days of the case closing.
